Bob has nine years of experience as plans reviewer and project manager in the Department of Transportation for the counties of Collier, Lee, and Sarasota. After working for a large corporate firm for several years, he established LIS in 1993. Many people will tell you that Bob has never met a stranger; he strives every day to be an advocate for his clients, big and small.

Chris has been involved with LIS for nearly 20 years; his primary goal is to utilize his skill sets, experience, and passion to design with purpose and provide clients with results that endure.

Leo was born and raised in Lee County and has observed the area evolve from orange groves and cow fields to a bustling community mixed with suburban, industrial and rural areas. He joined the LIS team in January of 2022 as a residential design specialist and brings with him 15+ years of customer service and technical skills as well as 5+ years of direct experience in drafting. His understanding of the construction process allows him to demonstrate his range of skills by handling multiple projects from design all the way to document preparation. Utilizing his knowledge, skills and ability, Leo has become our Residential Coordinator and drafting is excited to be a part of the growth of our community.

Drew is a graduate Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (B.S.C.E) from Florida Gulf Coast University . Drew has been Mr. Case’s apprentice at LIS Engineering for the past 7 years working as an Engineering Technician. Under Bob’s supervision, Drew’s work at LIS has included structural design and various engineering calculations to ensure the safety and well-being of the public. Currently, he is studying and training to become a Licensed Professional Engineer in the future.
