Depending on the project, we offer an hourly rate, a price per square foot, or a flat rate. We do our best to anticipate all costs up front, so there are few surprises. Progress and Final bills will include costs for blueprints, copies, reimbursable expenses, messengers, and outside services. Each project is quoted individually, so please contact us for a quote. Our payment policy requires that deposits must be paid upfront, prior to commencement of work.
